Hey, everyone! I've been putting in the effort at the gym, but I feel like I need to tweak my fitness training to see better results. Any suggestions on which part I should focus on? Right now, I've been doing a mix of cardio and strength training. I want to build muscle, increase endurance, and maybe lose a bit of fat. I'm just not sure if I should prioritize one aspect over the others.

I think a balanced approach is key. You could try adding two or three HIIT sessions per week on non-consecutive days. It's efficient for fat burning and improving cardiovascular health without sacrificing muscle gains.
It's awesome that you have a well-rounded approach! Since you're looking to build muscle and increase endurance, have you considered incorporating more high-intensity interval training (HIIT)? It's great for both building strength and boosting endurance while burning calories. Keep your strength training routine, maybe focusing on compound movements to build overall strength. Then, use HIIT as a supplement to your cardio workouts. That way, you cover all bases—strength, endurance, and fat loss. By the way i have heard that there is such thing as Parabolan for sale which is stated t be completely safe, and maybe you could consider this thing as....a thing!
