The Long Dark Backup Save

There is also some functionality for throwing stuff into a SQL shell. It's not as robust as the Desura Edition (as in no auto-link, etc) but it's good enough for making some adjustments, exporting data, and the like. As of right now, it only allows you to do either SELECT ALL or SELECT IDAT AS ID (yields comparable results and allows you to get the ID (save ID, not Internal ID)). This is the first release so I haven't spent too much time on it. I'll hopefully add more functionality later on.
There is no need to delete the save in the editor to "restore" it. In fact, one could use desura-edit without removing the existing save. Rather, when using desura-edit, the edits made to the current save is saved by the editor, to a temp file, and then that temp file is used to overwrite the current save. If the current save is deleted, the temp file is lost. When a save has been successfully edited to the point where it should be saved, the temp file is renamed "save.desura.com" or something like that, ready for export.
As long as they don't move the game between Seasons, the Save Editor should work sensibly enough using v2 saves from 2.3.0. However, the starting difficulty has been changed, so an older save file can break the game once it's started, meaning an earlier save patch for a newer save will soon become invalid. As such, I was only able to test grabbing saves from ~2.2.6.0, including a 221/2.19.1.0 backup. d2c66b5586
