The continuous forward and backward motion of the workpiece is guaranteed against undefined movement caused by free-weighting due to the rear handling plate. This guarantees the highest reliability in all-round cutting and planing functions.
Thanks to the measurement system and additional storage drum, the unwieldiness of the planer's own paper supply is overcome - as with all other machines of the MFA series, the machine can be supplied with a collective integrated paper group via the factory installed standard paper group.
The F&A approach optimizes the machine's flexibility for various production jobs. The M&F approach shelters the machine's excellent characteristics. This is achieved through progressive F&A. In the F&A mode, the machine features a layer-dependent motor feed of the workpiece, which makes this machine very practicable on a production line, even on an mezzanine floor.
The clamping system of the F&A approach is ideally suited for positions where the M&F system has difficulty, but not for all applications. For example, it is not suitable for an overload position, for roughing cuts, or for material which is difficult to handle due to a change in stiffness.
The Hammer is also an extremely useful tool for non-metal cutting applications. Just like a CNC milling machine, the Hammer can produce high quality holes in plywood, softwoods and concrete. And sometimes we just use it for messing around. d2c66b5586
